Cody Wheeler, Kody Walter
Cody Wheeler, Kody Walter

My name is Cody Wheeler (Osceola, Missouri), my fiancé Kody Walter (Torrington, Wyoming) and I travel all over the country doing seasonal cowboying jobs. We mostly spend our summers taking care of cattle in the mountains at cow camp— we’ve been in South Dakota, Utah, Missouri, Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana since we’ve been together. We’ve wintered in different feedlots as well until we started coming to Missouri for the winter and calving a bunch of heifers in the spring. Because of all the traveling to various regions, our horses—including Amos— have experienced a wide variety of new country, climates, and jobs. We are confident in saying that Amos has been truly used and seen the sights more than a few times. We feel that he is ready for a new home to appreciate all that he is as much as we have. We pride ourselves in being able to season horses on the ranch in all situations while preparing them to go on and be successful, safe, reliable, and fun for their new homes after us, no matter what their new jobs may be from the ranch, to the arena, to the trails, and family fun. Amos is a very cool horse loaded with talent to go any direction and we are excited for him to be presented in the Pitchfork Horse Sale.
