Quirley

Quirley was born and raised on the Bartlett Ranch in La Grange, Wyoming. He is sired by their Special Playgun stallion. He had a neck injury at birth, this is why the Bartlett Ranch opted not to register him with the AQHA. We have owned Quirley since he was 5 years old. He has done every aspect of ranch work in the mountains of New Mexico. He has roped cattle outside, branded, doctored, driven horses, and he really excels at sorting in a gate. This horse is the same horse after being off for months, he rides around nice and is quick on his feet. He is stout and strong, has an eye for cattle, and enjoys his job. He has a big heart and a kind eye, he’s earned a special place in our hearts and it will be very hard to see him go!

Minimal neck injury at birth caused abnormal horizontal head flexion but has not limited his ability for any ranching task.
